All abstract submissions should have a relevant title. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
Names of all the authors should be mentioned below the title of the study along with their Designation, Department and Affiliated Institute.
Abstract should be submitted in MS word format.
Abstract should be preferably in Times New Roman with font size 12 for body and 14 for Title.
Abstracts should be structured with the subheadings: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion along with 3-5 relevant keywords.
Title and Subheading must be Bold.
The abstract should be limited to a maximum of 300 words.
Abstract should be send via Email ID: prevmedscientific@gmail.com
File name and Subject of email should be in the format Abstract_Oral/Poster_name of presenting author_Registration Number Eg: - Abstract_Oral_Revathy_0012345.
Name, Designation, Phone number, mail ID of Presenting author and corresponding author must be attached in the body of email send along with the abstract file.
Abstract of studies that had been previously presented at any other conference or published in any journal should not be submitted
Mention preference (Oral/Poster) in the subject line of the email.
The final decision regarding mode of presentation (Oral/ E-poster) lies with the screening committee.
Last Date of Abstract submission - 10th October 2025.
Abstract that requires modification for acceptance will be intimated within 7 days of receiving the email.
All communication will be to the corresponding author; it is their responsibility to communicate the same to other authors.
Complete schedule of all abstract presentation will be finalized by 20th October 2025.
